"My State Farm agent retired and I was reassigned to Joe Czaja's office. This happened right in the midst of an insurance policy change. I called hoping to better understand the new bill amount and some unexpected policy change fees I incurred. I spoke with a woman named Kaila Biminuco (or Diminuco) who instantly became very rude and impatient with my questions. After apologizing because she must have misunderstood my tone, I asked for a new agent who could talk to me with a bit more understanding and patience. Instead of being transferred, she attempted to justify her behavior, as her tone went from being rude to becoming semi-hostile. I think she forgot she was in the customer service business for a moment! She definitely showed no concern for my situation or confusion and interrupted every question I tried to ask. I had no choice but to hang up and resolve my issues with customer service where I was quickly reassigned to a new agent. There's over 100 local State Farm agents in and around the city of Buffalo. If you want good customer service, I recommend you choose someone other than Joe Czaja."
